Toasted Coconut Chia Pudding

Makes 2 Cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of Califia Unsweetened Toasted Coconut Almond milk (You can substitute any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 cup organic chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Organic unsweetened shredded coconut to sprinkle on top (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour 2 cups of toasted coconut almond milk in a mason jar and add the chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon and stir. Let sit overnight, stirring once or twice.
  2. Serve with fresh fruit on top.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded coconut
