Food as Medicine will be the Topic by Kathy D’Agati a nutritional counselor and coach at Back to Basic Wellness. Kathy is a healing foods crusader who assists clients learn how to improve all areas of their lives by choosing the foods that nourish and support their mind, body, and spirit. You will learn specific foods that heal and work well with your mind and body and which foods would be best to withhold from your body to achieve mental and physical health and balance in your life. Each person is unique, and their nutritional needs may be different than what is expected, and this is discussed as well.

Movement as Medicine is the topic of Dr. David Beck, DC. of Life Align Chiropractic How have you treated your body over the years? Why can’t you move like you used to and why do you hurt? How can I start to change this? These questions and more shall be answered with an overview of the physiology of movement, body development, causes of breakdown and strategies to improve and restore overall health through better motion. Age is not about limits when you keep moving and enjoying positive activities.
