We have a Natural Foods Chef on board to give you “cooking lessons” every week. You will get short, easy to follow videos that you can watch at a time that works for you. Watch them once or whenever you need a reminder. Chef Ellen will have you feeling confident in the kitchen in no time!
You’ll be getting fabulous recipes each week for meals that will make your mouth water and have your family looking for seconds.
You will also receive recipes for treats that will knock your socks off. We did not forget the snacks and desserts. Deprivation dieting doesn’t work!
You will receive “Done for you” shopping lists to go with all of your new recipes.
You’ll receive sample menus each week so you can see how to “put it all together” and make stress free, super healthy, scrumptious meals.
You won’t want to cook all the time, so we include terrific tips on what to order when you’re dining out. This is not a restrictive way of eating and there is almost always something on the menu that will keep you feeling at your best.
You will want to live your life to its fullest and that includes family and friends. We will give you great tips for when you’re partying and dining at someone else’s house. You will never have to miss out on the fun again.

When we offer this program on an individual basis with private one-on-one coaching, we charge our clients $597.00 per month. We’ve had tremendous success with this, but we understand that many people who really need our services may find this out of reach during these tough economic times. We know that to achieve lasting results, you need to make small changes over a period of time.
